Service on board

The stewards on the train will be happy to help you with all your questions. Talk to us or look for us in the compartment at the end of the carriages. Pay attention to the announcements on the train for the location of the carriage and compartment where the stewards and train manager are located. 

ES 453 towards Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague: catering stops at 23:00 and the stewards are available for enquiries until midnight and from 5:30 in the morning.  

ES 452 in the direction of Berlin, Amsterdam and Brussels: catering stops at 23:30 and stewards are available for enquiries until 00:30 and from 6:00 in the morning.

In both directions, morning catering starts from 6:30. Pre-booked breakfasts will be handed over personally by the steward, also if you disembark before 6:30.
